Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual in our company with verst experience in construction cost management, procurement, contract administration, estimating, planning, negotiating and project budgeting.
Roles / Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
- Tender Reporting and analysis
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
- Manage contractual documents and negotiations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure cost control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders/clients to deliver quality outcomes.

Requirements:
- BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Economics or related felds
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the and facility management industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software, MS Office Suite and MS project
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
