Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Technical Manager to anchor the manufacturing engine of our organization in Lagos. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the stability of the batch and the precision of the chemical relay success is defined by "Production Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-performance formulations with the clinical precision required for Quality Control, VOC Compliance, and Process Optimization. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" specifically a specialist with a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering who can blend "Scientific Grit" (improving formulations for cost efficiency and sustainability) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute Manufacturing Scale-ups and Technical Troubleshooting.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Formulation Governance

• Sovereignty of the Formula: Improve existing formulations for performance and cost efficiency, acting as the primary "Source of Product Competitive Advantage."

• Quality Architecture: Establish and maintain standards for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand reliability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with VOC limits and environmental standards, ensuring the "Source of Regulatory Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Operations Logic

• Process Sovereignty: Optimize batch processes to reduce waste and improve productivity, acting as the primary "Source of Manufacturing Efficiency."

• Resolution Architecture: Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints, providing the "Functional Foundation" for performance optimization.

• Scale-up Stewardship: Implement best practices in the manufacturing and scale-up of new formulations, maintaining the "Source of Consistent Production."

3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power

• Technical Sovereignty: Provide expert guidance to sales, production, and customer service teams, acting as the primary "Source of Cross-Functional Knowledge."

• Support Architecture: Assist key customers with product application and troubleshooting, providing the "Relational Foundation" for client success.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Chemical Engineering expertise to accelerate the "Research-to-Production" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Industrial Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven track record in overseeing production processes and quality control.

• Technical Power: Deep knowledge of formulation improvement, batch optimization, and manufacturing best practices.

• Regulatory IQ: Strong understanding of environmental and safety standards (e.g., VOC limits).
