Job Description:
Lead a team of Business Bankers to manage tier 2 customers by carrying out the following:
- On boarding new enterprise banking Customers, Proactive relationship management engagement Dormant accounts reactivation Cross sell the bank’s products and services to existing customers.
- Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the bank’s share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.

- Cognate experience in sales and relationship management of customers to be able to drive profitability and build relationships
- Experience within the financial industry with experience in managing small businesses.
