Job Description:
- Design and manage competitive reward systems that align with Rainoil’s strategic objectives, ensuring fairness, compliance, and motivation across our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, retain, and reward high-performing employees.
- Manage payroll administration with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce cost, reward efficiency, and performance trends.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with business leaders to develop reward strategies that promote engagement and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is an advantage
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with strong focus on compensation, benefits, and payroll
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools
- Strong integrity, confidentiality, and communication skills.
