Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be the custodian of our financial data, ensuring that every transaction—from procurement and production to sales is accurately captured and reconciled within Tally ERP. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Tally software and a strong grasp of the unique financial workflows found in the agro-allied, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors. Requirements:

• Tally Management: Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) and maintain impeccable records within Tally ERP.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts, supplier ledgers, and customer accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Inventory & Production Accounting: Collaborate with store and production teams to track inventory levels and ensure accurate valuation of stock.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of management reports, budgets, and financial statements to support informed decision-making.

• Compliance: Support the preparation and filing of statutory requirements, including VAT, WHT, PAYE, and other regulatory obligations.

• Audit Readiness: Act as a key support during internal and external audits by organizing documentation and generating the necessary reports.

• Account Payables & Receivables: Manage the flow of funds, ensuring timely payments to vendors and diligent collection from customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience within the agro-allied, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Mandatory: Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or newer versions.

  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and the wider MS Office Suite.
