Job Description:

• We are seeking smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Accounts Officers / Trainees to join its finance team.
• This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an Accounting background who are looking to build or advance their careers in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Assist with hotel revenue and expense monitoring.
• Reconcile cash, POS, and other payment transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and accounting records.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist the finance team with other accounting and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of an OND in Accounting.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Previous hotel / hospitality accounting experience is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English and Yoruba is compulsory.
