Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Management Officer to architect and oversee our end-to-end procurement and contract administration framework. This is a critical role designed for a professional who balances aggressive cost-efficiency with rigorous legal and operational compliance.
Your mission is to ensure that every project and operational need is supported by the timely, cost-effective, and transparent sourcing of materials and services. You will own the full contract lifecycle—from drafting complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and mitigating contract deviations. If you have 8–10 years of experience in a project-driven environment and a proven track record of securing value-for-money outcomes, we invite you to lead our supply chain engine.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Tender Management
Procurement Architecture: Prepare and issue sophisticated RFP and tender documents that align with technical project requirements.
Commercial Evaluation: Lead bid evaluations and cost comparisons, providing data-backed recommendations that balance quality, lead time, and cost.
Vendor Ecosystem: Cultivate and manage a robust network of service providers, ensuring that vendor documentation and project mobilization standards are met.
2. Contract Administration & Legal Compliance
Contractual Stewardship: Prepare and review purchase agreements and SLAs, ensuring crystal-clear definitions of scope, deliverables, payment terms, and liabilities.
Governance & Register: Maintain a centralized contract register, proactively tracking milestones, renewals, and expiries to prevent service gaps.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and flag contract deviations, cost overruns, or procurement risks to management before they impact project delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Synergy & Value Engineering
Operational Alignment: Work as a strategic partner to Engineering, Finance, and Project teams to align procurement timelines with construction/operational milestones.
Cost Leadership: Drive "Value-for-Money" initiatives and cost-control measures to optimize the organization’s CAPEX and OPEX.
Audit Readiness: Ensure 100% retrievability of procurement records and adherence to company approval limits and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Business Administration.
Experience: 8–10 years of professional experience in senior procurement or SCM roles.
Sector IQ: Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Construction environments is highly advantageous.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of tender management, service procurement, and the legal nuances of service-level contracts.
