Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Injection Molding Supervisor to lead our production operations in Abuja. In this role, you will be the primary technical lead on the factory floor, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of large injection molding machines processing PE, PET, and PP materials. We need a technical expert who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty someone who can troubleshoot machine issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide clear leadership to our operators to meet production targets. Requirements:

• Production Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of machine operators, ensuring daily production schedules are met safely and efficiently.

• Technical Operations: Oversee the injection molding process for PE, PET, and PP materials, ensuring optimal cycle times and high product quality.

• Hands-on Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on large injection molding machines to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Quality Control: Monitor production output to ensure it meets stringent quality standards, quickly identifying and resolving molding defects (e.g., flash, short shots, warpage).

• Process Optimization: Implement best practices for machine setup, material handling, and process adjustments to maximize yield and reduce material waste.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure the production floor adheres to all industrial health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BA/BSc, HND, OND, or relevant technical qualification.

• Experience: 3–10 years of proven experience in injection molding operations and machine maintenance.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Machine Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with large-scale injection molding machinery.

  • Material Proficiency: Expert knowledge of processing PE, PET, and PP polymers.
