Job Description:

This role is designed for an "Engineering Architect", specifically a professional with 5 years of experience and a Professional Engineer (PE) license path who can blend "Mathematical Grit" (performing SAP2000 or ETABS simulations) with the "Operational Agility" required to oversee onsite construction phases.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Design Governance

• Design Sovereignty: Plan and execute all phases of construction projects with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Structural Logic."

• Code Architecture: Review and interpret structural plans for 100% code compliance, providing the "Structural Foundation" for legal and safety standards.

2. Tactical Resilience & Documentation Logic

• Validation Sovereignty: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards, acting as the primary "Source of On-Site Fidelity."

• Document Architecture: Prepare and review construction documents and shop drawings, providing the "Functional Foundation" for contractor execution.

• Simulation Stewardship: Utilize SAP2000 and ETABS to model stress and integrity, maintaining the "Source of Predictive Safety."

3. Operational Integrity & Infrastructure Power

• Software Sovereignty: Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000 to manage the design ecosystem, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Precision."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Structural Engineering.

• License: Professional Engineer (PE) license or the clear ability to obtain one.
