Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Senior Technical Procurement Officer to anchor the technical supply engine of our aviation operations. In a specialized aerospace landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the part-rotation and the precision of the airworthiness certification success is defined by "Asset Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex global sourcing with the clinical precision required for Aircraft Components, Ground Support Equipment, and Specialized Technical Services. This role is designed for a "Supply Architect", specifically a professional with a BSc/BA in Supply Chain or Engineering who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering the "Five Rights" of procurement and evaluating repair orders) with the "Strategic Agility" required to optimize supply chain costs and manage global warranty claims.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategic Governance

• Policy Sovereignty: Review and evolve purchasing procedures to engineer economical systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Procurement Innovation."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure all purchase orders align with strict company policy and global aviation standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational safety.

• Saving Stewardship: Design and administer cost-saving programs in coordination with technical sections, ensuring the "Source of Fiscal Efficiency" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Technical Logic

• Sourcing Sovereignty: Manage the acquisition of specialized aircraft components and repair services, acting as the primary "Source of Fleet Readiness."

• Logistics Architecture: Expedite orders in coordination with freight forwarders and clearing agents, providing the "Functional Foundation" for timely part availability during major maintenance.

• Warranty Stewardship: Pursue claims for materials that fail at initial acquisition and maximize warranty service agreements, maintaining the "Source of Asset Protection."

3. Operational Integrity & Relationship Power

• Vendor Sovereignty: Maintain high-fidelity records of vendor performance and price catalogues, acting as the primary "Source of Supplier Accountability."

• Financial Architecture: Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments and evaluate invoices against historical data, providing the "Relational Foundation" for vendor trust.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Strategic Category Management to accelerate the "Requisition-to-Receipt" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Technical Throughput."
