This role is designed for an "Inventory Architect" with at least 3 years of experience who can blend "Physical Grit" (handling material loading/unloading) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Excel or inventory management software.
Requirements:
1. Inbound/Outbound Orchestration & Quality Governance
Receipt Sovereignty: Receive all incoming materials, performing clinical verification of quality and quantity against delivery notes to ensure every item is a "Source of Value."
Issuance Logic: Execute the timely supply of materials to departments based on authorized requests, ensuring the operational workflow remains a "Source of Productivity."
Logistical Synergy: Assist in the high-speed loading and unloading of goods, maintaining the physical safety of assets during transit within the facility.
2. Inventory Architecture & Data Logic
Record Integrity: Maintain millimetric inventory accuracy using stock cards, bin cards, or specialized software, ensuring that digital records synchronously reflect physical reality.
Reconciliation Excellence: Conduct periodic, high-fidelity stock counts and proactively reconcile discrepancies to eliminate "Inventory Leakage."
Replenishment Governance: Monitor stock levels with clinical attention to detail, generating replenishment reports before critical shortages impact operations.
3. Spatial Sovereignty & Audit Readiness
Environment Stewardship: Ensure proper labeling, safe storage, and "Easy Retrieval" of materials, keeping the store area clean, secure, and well-organized.
Intelligence Reporting: Prepare and submit high-impact daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports that provide management with "Data-Driven" insights into asset movement.
Audit Fidelity: Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate, "Audit-Ready" inventory documentation and maintaining 100% transparency in all store operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: SSCE / OND / HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of robust experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory control.
