Job Description:

• Responsible formaintaining accurate spare parts inventory, ensuring all stock movements are properly recorded, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
• The role focuses on reconciliation, documentation, and data accuracy to sustain smooth after-sales and supply processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Accurately record spare parts movements, transfers, and adjustments in inventory systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and random stock checks to ensure alignment between physical and system records.
• Maintain clear documentation for audits and reporting.
• Partner with warehouse and supply teams to ensure spare parts availability.
• Report shortages, damages, and errors promptly.
• Uphold compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient storage environment.

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP or digital inventory systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
