Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium spa facility in Lekki Phase 1. This is a multifaceted role requiring a balance of operational discipline, team leadership, and commercial acumen. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a world-class wellness experience while simultaneously driving revenue growth and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Operational Excellence: Lead daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow, effective scheduling, and that all facilities meet rigorous health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate spa staff (therapists, receptionists, and support staff) to maintain high performance and morale.

• Customer Experience: Champion our "client-first" philosophy. You will oversee all touchpoints, ensuring guests receive a seamless, relaxing, and personalized experience.

• Conflict Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for customer inquiries or complaints, resolving them with professionalism and grace to protect and enhance the brand's reputation.

• Commercial Performance: Monitor daily sales, manage expenses, and track key business metrics to ensure the spa meets its financial targets.

• Reporting: Prepare accurate operational reports for management, identifying trends in service utilization, staff productivity, and revenue.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in spa management, hospitality, or high-end service management.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to track P&L, manage costs, and drive sales growth.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex schedules, and foster a positive workplace culture.
