Job Description:
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar invertersystems across the assigned region.
- This role ensures high service standards, optimal system performance, and excellent customer satisfaction while supporting installer networks and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, diagnose, and repair solar inverter systems.
- Monitor system performance and carry out proactive maintenance to prevent failures.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for complex service issues.
- Conduct remote and on-site installation audits to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and support third-party installers within the region.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, spare parts, and technical reports.
- Manage tools and inventory required for field operations.
- Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and power electronics.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and remote monitoring platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical service, installation, or maintenance within solar, electrical, or electronic systems.
