Job Description:

• We are recruiting for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing content strategies, managing daily social media activities, and converting audience engagement into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• ‎Create and publish 1–2 high-quality posts daily (Reels as primary content)
• ‎Produce 5–7 reels and 3–4 carousel posts weekly
• ‎Manage daily stories to maintain consistent audience engagement
• ‎Revamp and optimize social media pages (bio, highlights, grid, pinned posts)
• ‎Respond to DMs promptly and professionally
• ‎Send qualification questions to prospects and identify serious leads
• ‎Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand goals
• Proven experience managing social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
• ‎Strong skills in creating engaging Reels and short-form video content
• ‎Good communication skills for handling DMs and inquiries
• ‎Basic understanding of content strategy and audience growth
• ‎Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

‎Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• ‎Inbound leads generated
• ‎Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
• ‎Profile clicks and conversions
