Job Description:

• Plan, shoot, and edit mini high-quality content (images & videos) for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage and coordinate content creators/on-camera presenters to deliver consistent output.
• Create engaging property showcases, lifestyle real estate reels, and marketing visuals that convert.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, inquiries, and brand visibility.
• Represent the brand on camera when needed.
• Track performance analytics and optimize content to increase reach and conversions.
• Ability to travel for property tours, site visits, and content shoots.

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in Real Estate, Marketing, Lifestyle or Media Agency setting).
• Strong video editing skills (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts level quality).
• Confident in managing shoots and directing creators/talent.
• Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally.
• Social media savvy + basic tech confidence.
• Must reside in Ajah / Sangotedo / Ogombo / Abraham Adesanya axis.
• Must be available for interview and immediate resumption.
• Creative thinker with fresh, modern content style.
• Consistent execution, not vibes.
• Someone proactive, organized, and ready to grow with the brand.
