Job Description:
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Identify, approach, and secure brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and media engagements.
- Create and manage campaigns that align with Picadailys’ reward and engagement goals.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to improve conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Research trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep Picadailys at the forefront of digital engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, content performance, and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create or supervise engaging social content (graphics, reels, short-form videos, etc.).
- Experience in fintech, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in social media marketing, digital partnerships, or business development.
