Job Description:

• Supervise construction personnel, delegating tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

• Identify potential safety hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks on site

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Coordinate manpower and equipment resources to maximize efficiency and productivity

• Organize daily work schedules and monitor progress to meet project milestones

• Manage orders, deliveries, and inventory of building materials to avoid delays

• Provide consistent updates and reports on site activities, progress, and issues

• Participate in site management meetings and communicate project status to senior management

• Ensure all personnel comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices

• Maintain clear communication with managers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines

• Solid knowledge of construction industry standards, best practices, and regulations

• 2–4 years of proven experience on high-quality building projects

• Prior experience with a major construction firm is an added advantage

• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership abilities
