Job Description:

Include but not limited to the following:

• Leading and managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborating with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of project plans, including resource allocation, procurement, and risk management.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and design specifications.
• Monitoring construction progress, resolving any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise, and making adjustments as necessary to maintain project schedules.
• Supervising and guiding project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective practices throughout the construction process.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other project-related records.

• On-time completion of construction projects.
• Adherence to project budgets and cost control.
• Quality of project deliverables, including adherence to design specifications and
• construction standards.
• Effective coordination and collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Efficient resource allocation.

Requirements:

• To be successful in the role the candidate would be required to demonstrate the following:
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Architecture and Interior Architecture.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles, processes,
• and best practices.
• Proficient in structural knowledge and experienced in reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise construction projects effectively.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet
• deadlines and deliver results.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Masters degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5years of experience in construction project management, preferably in architecture and interior architecture projects.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising construction projects, ensuring quality, time, and budget objectives are met.
