Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to guide construction works.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress records, and material requests.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Manage site logistics, manpower, and equipment scheduling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Membership of COREN or NSE is an added advantage.
