Job Description:

We are seeking a high-level Senior Training Manager to oversee our group-wide learning and development initiatives. You will serve as a strategic architect for our workforce development, ensuring that our training programs are not only pedagogically sound but directly aligned with our core business objectives. This is a leadership position for an experienced professional who can navigate the intersection of human capital strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Strategic L&D Leadership: Design and execute a group-wide training strategy that drives employee performance and supports the organization’s long-term business goals.

• Executive Advisory: Serve as a senior advisor to the CEO and COO, providing data-backed insights on workforce skill gaps, leadership development, and organizational capacity building.

• Regulatory Compliance: Manage all mandatory regulatory training requirements. Ensure that the organization is consistently "audit-ready" and maintains 100% compliance with industry-specific standards.

• Operational Management:

  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and leverage data/reporting to demonstrate ROI on training initiatives.

  • Manage departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maximizing the impact of training investments.

  • Lead and mentor a team of training professionals to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

• Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in training and development, preferably within a large, multi-disciplinary organization.

• Leadership: Demonstrated capability in leading teams and managing complex, multi-site training operations.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in LMS platforms, performance analytics, and report generation.

• Strategic Agility: Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable training frameworks.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
