Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically minded Senior Technical Recruiter to anchor our Employer of Record (EoR) recruitment engine in Lagos. In the globalized tech economy, success is defined by "Deployment Velocity", the ability to identify, vet, and onboard top-tier technical talent that aligns perfectly with diverse client requirements. This role is designed for a "Talent Architect" with 3+ years of experience who can blend "Technical Logic" with the "Client Diplomacy" required to manage high-level staffing partnerships.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Talent Quality and Client Satisfaction." You will be a vital engine for TeKnowledge: responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, leading a team of recruiters, and engineering robust skills assessment methods. If you possess "Strategic Planning Skills," a deep understanding of Technical Ecosystems, and the "Managerial Grit" to optimize recruitment metrics, we want you to drive our talent sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Talent Architecture & Lifecycle Governance
Strategic Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to engineer a comprehensive recruitment strategy that synchronizes with business objectives and EoR service demands.
End-to-End Orchestration: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized technical roles, from high-fidelity sourcing and screening to seamless candidate onboarding.
Sourcing Intelligence: Proactively capture top-tier talent through omni-channel sourcing, including specialized job boards, technical networking, and academic partnerships.
2. Technical Quality & Assessment Engineering
Validation Protocols: Implement and refine robust technical skills assessment methods to ensure that every candidate delivered to a client meets the "TeKnowledge Standard" of excellence.
Competency Mapping: Maintain a deep, evolving understanding of technical roles, stacks, and qualifications relevant to the global EoR industry.
Data-Driven Performance: Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness, driving a culture of continuous process improvement.
3. Client Diplomacy & Brand Sovereignty
Relationship Stewardship: Cultivate and maintain high-trust relationships with clients, acting as a consultant to anticipate their long-term technical staffing needs.
Employer Brand Synergy: Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen the TeKnowledge employer brand, positioning the EoR service as the premier destination for technical professionals.
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide high-level guidance and managerial oversight to a team of technical recruiters, fostering professional growth and high-output performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 3+ years of robust experience in technical recruitment (Agency or In-house).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant HR or Recruitment certifications are a plus.
Compliance: Must have completed the compulsory NYSC (or possess an exemption certificate).
Identity: A valid and up-to-date National Identity Card/NIMC slip is required.
