Job Description:
- Strategy Execution - Drive strategic initiatives and cross- functional projects.
- Business Performance - Monitor KPIs and deliver business insights.
- Executive Support - Prepare reports and decision-support materials.
- Stakeholder Management - Coordinate executive priorities and key relationships.
- Continuous Improvement - Enhance business processes through data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline; Master's and professional certifications are an advantage.
- 8-10 years' relevant experience in strategy, business analysis, project management, finance, operations, or executive support.
- Insurance/financial services experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and results-driven professional.
