A leading Downstream Oil Marketing Company with huge presence in Commercial and Industrial Sales, Lubricant, Aviation and Retail Business across the Country, recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Managing the overall performance of the sales team towards the attainment of business objectives.
- Develop and implement the annual sales plan. Also responsible for ensuring profitable returns on all company products sold through the various strategic business units – Retail, C&I, Aviation, Lubricants, Depots etc.
- Identify and evaluate new business and retail channel opportunities.
- Develop, approve and implement the Annual Sales Plan for effective management of all sales outlets to meet set targets in volume and margin within the sales outlets in the Region.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans in line with the Company's corporate objectives.
- Coordinate, supervise and motivate sales teams to achieve set targets.
Requirements:
- Good university degree in any related discipline.
- An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years cognate experience preferably in Downstream Oil & Gas or FMCG industry with at least 7 years at managerial level.
- Good knowledge of MIS office applications.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Proven track records in leading sales team(s).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
