Job Description:

• The Lebanese Lounge Supervisor will oversee daily operations of a high-end Lebanese-style lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experience, smooth staff coordination, and adherence to hospitality standards.
• The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service experience, and a solid understanding of Lebanese cuisine and lounge culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day lounge operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Welcome guests, handle inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain lounge ambience, cleanliness, and adherence to Lebanese hospitality standards.
• Oversee food & beverage service operations, including Lebanese menu knowledge.
• Implement and enforce operational policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Support management with reporting, cost control, and operational planning.
• Ensure smooth execution of special events, reservations, and VIP services.

Requirements:

• Lebanese national currently residing in Lagos, Nigeria (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience as a Lounge Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, beverages, and cultural service standards.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service orientation.
• Must be well-organized, professional, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supervising a Middle Eastern or Lebanese lounge/restaurant.
• Knowledge of POS systems and lounge operations software.
• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic (an added advantage).
