Myrtle Management Consultants Limited - Our client is a well-established laundry services business located in the city centre of Abuja, FCT.

Job Description:

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage staff performance.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in coordinating workflows in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and packaging 
• Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time 
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support 
• Maintain quality control standards and handle reworks where necessary 
• Coordinate with the front desk to manage order flow and customer expectations 
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment 
• Manage inventory of detergents and other supplies 
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly 
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards 
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports 

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or a related field 
• 2–4 years experience in a supervisory role (laundry, hospitality, or retail preferred) 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
• Basic computer skills
