We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• A Senior IT person in a real estate company is responsible for aligning technology with business goals. Real estate firms rely heavily on IT for property management, customer relationship management, data analytics, and secure transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee servers, networks, cloud systems, and ensure uptime for critical applications.
• Business Applications: Implement and maintain real estate-specific software (CRM, ERP, property listing platforms).
• Data & Analytics: Manage databases, generate insights on property trends, customer behavior, and financial performance.
• Cybersecurity: Protect sensitive client and transaction data from breaches and fraud.
• Digital Transformation: Introduce new technologies like AI-driven property valuation, virtual tours, and smart building systems.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with software vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior IT staff, set standards, and drive innovation across the company.
