We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The IT Officer/Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing all information technology systems within the hotel to ensure seamless operations, exceptional guest experience, and data security in line with 5-star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support:

  • Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, POS systems, PMS, and guest-facing technologies.
  • Provide 24/7 technical support for hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, F&B, and Events.
  • Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity (Wi-Fi) for guests and staff.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

Systems & Applications:

  • Administer hotel systems such as:
    • Property Management System (PMS)
    • Point of Sale (POS)
    • Access control & CCTV systems
    • Telephone/PBX and VoIP systems
    • IPTV and in-room technology
    • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and new technology implementations.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection:

  • Implement and monitor IT security policies to protect hotel and guest data.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and hotel brand standards.

Vendor & Asset Management:

  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
  • Manage IT inventory, licenses, and equipment lifecycle.
  • Prepare IT budgets and monitor expenses.

Training & Documentation:

  • Train hotel staff on IT systems and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Promote best practices in data security and system usage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 3–5 years IT experience, preferably in hospitality or a service-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, servers, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud solutions.
  • Experience with hotel PMS and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
