Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Senior Growth Associates to anchor the revenue engine of our organization. In a specialized educational and training landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the enrollment and the precision of the value proposition success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive prospecting with the clinical precision required for Lead Conversion, Student Engagement, and Strategic Sales Strategy. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect", specifically a professional with at least 2 years of sales experience, who can blend "Commercial Grit" (closing sales and promoting programs) with the "Analytical Agility" required to maintain Performance Dashboards and Payment Records.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Pipeline: Generate high-quality leads and prospect clients with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Expansion."

  • Conversion Architecture: Engage prospective students and promote programs to close sales, providing the "Structural Foundation" for institutional growth.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Represent the company in meetings and business discussions, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Strategic Logic

  • Engagement Sovereignty: Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to refine sales strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Tactical Alignment."

  • Systemic Architecture: Maintain accurate performance dashboards and student payment records, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven decision making.

  • Execution Stewardship: Carry out assigned growth duties with high initiative, maintaining the "Source of Operational Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power

  • Relationship Sovereignty: Build and sustain strong customer relationships to drive long-term value, acting as the primary "Source of Client Retention."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
