Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Senior Data Analyst to anchor the intelligence engine of Hcer Consulting. In the specialized landscape of modern business consulting, success is defined by "Data Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize massive datasets with the clinical precision required for KPI Monitoring, Trend Analysis, and Executive Reporting. This role is designed for an "Intelligence Architect" with 5+ years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (writing expert-level SQL Stored Procedures and Functions) with the "Strategic Agility" required to design relational data models and translate complex findings into boardroom-ready insights.

Requirements:

1. Engineering Orchestration & Data Governance

• Extraction Sovereignty: Manipulate and extract large data volumes from SQL Server environments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Raw Intelligence."

• Quality Architecture: Enforce consistent data validation and governance standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uncompromised data integrity.

• Warehouse Stewardship: Design and maintain relational data models and warehouse architectures, ensuring the "Source of Historical Data" is elite and optimized.

2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic

• Metric Sovereignty: Collaborate with business units to define and track performance metrics, acting as the primary "Source of Growth Calibration."

• Visualization Architecture: Develop high-fidelity monitoring dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, providing the "Visual Foundation" for real-time organizational oversight.

• Optimization Stewardship: Identify and resolve inefficiencies in data flows, maintaining the "Source of Technical Throughput."

3. Operational Integrity & Executive Power

• Reporting Sovereignty: Translate technical findings into executive-ready reports, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Narrative."

• Logic Architecture: Utilize expert-level SQL (Stored Procedures, Views, Functions) to automate complex reporting cycles, providing the "Automated Foundation" for efficiency.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5+ years of hands-on analytical expertise to identify market trends before they manifest, maximizing the "Source of Consultative Value."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in KPI monitoring and executive reporting.

• SQL Mastery: Advanced to Expert proficiency in SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Views, and Functions).

• Visualization Mastery: Full working proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.

• Architecture Skills: Proven experience in Relational Data Modeling and Data Warehouse design.
