Job Description:
- We are looking for a proactive, and exceptionally articulate professional who can combine deep research capability with executive-level support.
- The ideal candidate should be someone who is naturally curious, structured in thinking, and strong in writing.
Role Expectations
Market Research Analyst Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth industry, competitor, and market research
- Develop insightful reports, summaries, and strategic briefs
- Track trends and provide data-driven recommendations
- Support business decisions with well-structured analysis
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to executives
- Manage schedules, meetings, and key priorities efficiently
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensure follow-through on critical tasks and deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in market research, business analysis, or executive support roles
- Proven ability to produce high-quality written reports and insights
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is a strong advantage
Strict Qualification Filters (Non-Negotiable):
- Must demonstrate strong writing ability (this will be tested)
- Must show evidence of research work or analytical output
- Must be highly proactive with a track record of taking initiative
Core Skill Set Requirements (Technical & Functional):
- Strong market research and data analysis skills (qualitative & quantitative)
- Excellent business writing and communication skills (reports, briefs, presentations)
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively without supervision
- Executive support capability (calendar management, follow-ups, coordination)
