Job Description:
Yimei Nigeria Limited is a dynamic and expanding organization looking for a result-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to spearhead our growth within the hospitality sector. You will be the face of the company, responsible for identifying untapped business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across hotels, serviced apartments, and luxury resorts.
Requirements:
Strategic Growth: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, and management contracts.
Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture high-value relationships with property owners, investors, and key industry stakeholders.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging trends and expansion opportunities in the Nigerian hospitality landscape.
Deal Leadership: Lead high-stakes negotiations and drive the end-to-end process of closing high-value management and development agreements.
Business Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development roadmaps that align with company growth objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, project management, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery and operational success.
Reporting & Proposals: Prepare high-impact business proposals, investor presentations, and feasibility reports. Monitor pipeline performance against revenue targets.
Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. An MBA is a significant advantage.
Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in business development within the hospitality or real estate sector.
Track Record: Demonstrated history of closing high-value deals and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Network: A strong, established network of contacts within the Nigerian hospitality or real estate industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and advanced business reporting tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex, multi-layered projects independently.
