We are looking for a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Backend Developer to join our team in Lagos Mainland. Requirements:

• System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems capable of handling high-volume financial transactions.

• Domain Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Fintech and Banking industry standards (including security protocols, compliance, and transaction integrity) to build reliable financial products.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers, to deliver features that meet business requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.

• Innovation: Actively contribute to the improvement of our technology stack, participating in code reviews and mentoring team members to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development.

• Industry Specialization: Proven experience in the Fintech and/or Banking industry is MANDATORY.

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern backend languages and frameworks (e.g., Go, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python). Please be prepared to demonstrate your technical depth during the assessment phase.

• Operational Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
