Job Description:
- Clerical Support: Prepare, type, format, and proofread letters, reports, minutes, memos, and other documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate files (paper and digital), correspondence, and reference materials.
- Reception Duties: Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors professionally.
- Scheduling: Arrange and confirm meetings, appointments, and travel plans for managers or executives.
- Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing correspondence and parcels.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and circulate notes or action items.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and order office stationery, equipment, or other supplies.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain data privacy.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between staff, clients, and management.
- General Office Organization: Keep the office tidy and ensure equipment is in working order.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc in Secretarial Studies/Management
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office packages.
- Computer literate.
- 5 years of work experience in an A-rated organization will be a plus.
- Not more than 35 years of age.
Salary
