Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and tech-savvy Electronics Store Manager to anchor our retail operations in Cross River. In a market driven by rapid innovation and high-value assets, success is defined by "Consultative Conversion", the ability to harmonize deep product knowledge with aggressive sales strategies to move high-ticket IT, mobile, and consumer electronics. This role is designed for a "Retail Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Inventory Rigor" with the "Leadership Grit" required to manage specialized teams and high-value supply chains.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Revenue Growth and Inventory Sovereignty." You will be the primary engine of the store: responsible for driving sales performance across IT and mobile categories, implementing robust shrinkage controls, and engineering an world-class customer experience. If you possess "Excellent Analytical Skills," a passion for Mobile and PC Technology, and the "Operational Discipline" to manage multi-million naira stock levels, we want you to drive our commercial sovereignty.

Requirements:

1. Category Sovereignty & Sales Engineering

  • Revenue Acceleration: Drive aggressive sales growth across Electronics, IT/PC, and Mobile categories by monitoring daily performance and implementing real-time revenue-recovery strategies.

  • Consultative Excellence: Maintain expert-level product knowledge and ensure the sales team is equipped to provide high-fidelity technical advice to customers.

  • Merchandising Architecture: Maintain high-impact product displays and "Golden Zone" placements, ensuring 100% accuracy in price labeling and promotional visibility.

2. Inventory Governance & Loss Prevention

  • Stock Architecture: Manage stock levels, inventory movement, and replenishment cycles to eliminate stockouts while maintaining lean capital efficiency.

  • Shrinkage Control: Implement and enforce rigorous loss prevention measures specifically designed for high-value, high-theft electronics and mobile devices.

  • Audit Leadership: Conduct frequent stock reconciliations and comprehensive inventory audits to ensure 100% data integrity between physical stock and the ERP system.

3. Supplier Diplomacy & Training

  • Vendor Synergy: Collaborate with global and local suppliers for product availability, managing the landing of new technology and promotional cycles.

  • Skill Engineering: Coordinate with vendors to provide specialized product training for the team, ensuring they stay ahead of technology trends and specifications.

4. Leadership & Performance Analytics

  • Team Orchestration: Lead and supervise department staff, dividing responsibilities to ensure peak productivity and an elite standard of customer service.

  • Data Intelligence: Prepare and present high-fidelity weekly and monthly performance reports, translating sales data into actionable strategic insights for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of robust experience specifically managing Electronics or Consumer Durable retail categories.

  • Technical Fluency: Deep, current understanding of IT devices, mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android), and consumer electronics.

  • Leadership Prowess: Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a technical sales team.

Salary

N350,000 – N500,000 monthly
