We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We're seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, coach data-focused teams on agile principles, remove impediments, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple squads.
• This role supports the delivery of high-impact digital products and services.
• The ideal candidate combines agile expertise with strong collaboration skills to enable seamless coordination across technical and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Support cross-functional coordination and dependency management.
• Champion agile adoption across the organization and mentor junior Scrum Masters.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.

Requirements:

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
• Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist or PMI-ACP are advantageous.

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
