Job Description:

• The Treasury Officer will support the management of the company’s cash flow, banking activities, payments, and liquidity while ensuring accurate records and compliance with financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and cash flow requirements.
• Process and monitor payments, transfers, and other treasury transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Liaise with banks on account-related matters and transactions.
• Monitor company bank balances and ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and supporting documents.
• Support foreign exchange transactions and monitor applicable rates where required.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, approval limits, and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant treasury records.
• Identify and report unusual transactions, discrepancies, or financial risks.
