Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales Representative to anchor the commercial engine of MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices in Sagamu, Ogun State. In the specialized healthcare landscape, success is defined by "Clinical Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize pharmaceutical knowledge with the clinical precision required for Account Penetration, Demand Creation, and Territorial Coverage. This role is designed for a "Healthcare Architect" with a degree in the Biological, Physiological, or Pharmaceutical Sciences who can blend "Scientific Grit" (engaging HCPs and influencers) with the "Commercial Agility" required to achieve high Return on Investment (ROI) on allocated resources.

Requirements:

1. Clinical Orchestration & Market Governance

  • Territory Sovereignty: Achieve maximum sales and account penetration within Sagamu, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Growth."

  • Prospecting Architecture: Personally contact and secure new business accounts, ensuring a robust "Source of Revenue Expansion."

  • HCP Stewardship: Drive demand creation across all brands with relevant Health Care Practitioners, providing the "Scientific Foundation" for product adoption.

2. Operational Resilience & Distribution Logic

  • Cycle Sovereignty: Implement all aspects of the Sales Cycle and Go-to-Market Model, acting as the primary "Source of Market Presence."

  • Merchandising Architecture: Engage sales merchandisers to ensure timely supply and distribution efficiency, optimizing the "Source of Commodity Availability."

  • Coverage Stewardship: Ensure improved productive call rates during Face-to-Face interactions, maintaining the "Source of Territorial Dominance."

3. Intelligence Integrity & Resource Power

  • Feedback Sovereignty: Regularly cascade customer feedback and best practices to the Regional Sales Manager, acting as the primary "Source of Business Intelligence."

  • Resource Architecture: Manage MSI Nigeria resources with clinical focus to deliver a high ROI, providing the "Financial Foundation" for sustainable impact.

  • Resolution Logic: Expedite the resolution of customer complaints and problems, utilizing Clinical expertise to maximize the "Source of Patient/Provider Trust."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: University Degree in Biological Sciences, Physiological Sciences, or Pharmacy.

  • Experience: Minimum of one year of sales experience or training within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.

  • Technical Mastery: Valid driver's license and the ability to navigate Sagamu and surrounding Ogun State routes effectively.
