Job Description:
- Sales strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve company goals.
- Goal setting: Set sales targets and quotas for the team and individual members.
- Performance management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching to improve results.
- Forecasting and reporting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales activity and performance to senior management.
- Customer and market relations: Manage key customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and stay informed on market trends and new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to align on messaging and campaigns.
- Team leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a sales team.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
Salary
