Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Professional to join our elite real estate team in Abuja. This role is specifically designed for a seasoned sales expert with a deep network in the FCT and a proven ability to move high-value property inventory. You will be responsible for driving both B2B and B2C sales, navigating complex negotiations, and consistently hitting aggressive revenue targets.
The ideal candidate is a closer who combines strategic market insight with the tenacity required to dominate the Abuja real estate market.
Requirements:
Strategic Sales & Revenue Generation
Target Acquisition: Drive and close high-value real estate transactions across both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) segments.
Performance Benchmarks: Consistently meet and exceed a minimum monthly sales target of ₦16,000,000.
Deal Architecture: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and site inspections to contract negotiation and final closing.
Business Development & Networking
Pipeline Management: Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate investors.
Market Positioning: Promote the company's property portfolio through strategic networking and relationship management within the Abuja business ecosystem.
Strategic Negotiation: Navigate complex buyer objections and financial structures to ensure a win-win for both the client and the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in real estate/property sales and marketing.
A verifiable and proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding high-revenue targets.
Skills:
Advanced negotiation and closing techniques.
Deep understanding of the Abuja real estate landscape and property laws.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage comfortably with high-profile clients.
