Job Description:
- Our candidate is seeking a high-performing, mid-level Sales Executive with a strong background in account management and a proven track record of closing deals.
- The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership and deals to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of leads and opportunities already in the pipeline and convert them into successful deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: from prospect engagement to contract signing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer success.
- Follow up rigorously and creatively with leads and prospects.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience with a strong focus on deal closure and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of leads and close mid- to high-value deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ownership, resilience, and persistence are non-negotiables.
- Industry experience (e.g., tech, construction, B2B) is a plus.
Salary
