Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing real estate team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building strong relationships with clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new property sales opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations
- Advise clients on property options, pricing, and market trends
- Negotiate deals and close property sales
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay informed about the real estate market and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in property sales or real estate brokerage
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong client network

Work Details:
- Work Mode: On-site with field work (property inspections and client meetings)
