Job Description:

Soft Intelligent Machines is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. This role is designed for professionals who combine a passion for technology with strong sales and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, communicating the value of technical solutions, and driving growth by delivering solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements:

• Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new opportunities within the IT sector.

• Proposal & Presentation: Collaborate with technical and support teams to create proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

• Product Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, lead client meetings, and participate in technical discussions.

• Client Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and perform consistent follow-ups to ensure relationship growth and customer satisfaction.

• Market Intelligence: Stay current on company product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in IT, sales, marketing, or technical support (IT sales experience is preferred).

• Key Traits: A demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quotas, target-driven mindset, and strong technical aptitude.

• Skill Set: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
