Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Executive to anchor the front-end revenue engine of our Lagos operations (Victoria Island/GRA). In a premium retail landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service and the precision of the product match success is defined by "Retail Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize expert consultative selling with the clinical precision required for Visual Merchandising, Inventory Control, and Solution-Based Advising. This role is designed for a "Solution Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling customer service issues and active listening) with the "Technical Agility" required to master PoS Systems and Product Knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Consultative Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Advisor: Act as a consultant to walk-in and phone customers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Expertise."

  • Service Architecture: Provide friendly and efficient service, providing the "Structural Foundation" for an elite customer experience.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Offer deep product information to help customers choose wisely, ensuring the "Source of Consumer Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic

  • Solution Sovereignty: Actively listen to provide exactly what the customer needs, acting as the primary "Source of Value-Added Selling."

  • System Architecture: Utilize PoS systems for sales and check-out functions with high fidelity, providing the "Functional Foundation" for transaction accuracy.

  • Merchandising Stewardship: Assist in pricing, markdowns, and restocking, maintaining the "Source of Retail Readiness."

3. Operational Integrity & Inventory Power

  • Visual Sovereignty: Maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Identity."

  • Inventory Architecture: Assist in periodic physical inventory exercises and off-shelf display execution, providing the "Relational Foundation" for stock accuracy.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Promotional Event Intelligence to accelerate the "Greeting-to-Conversion" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Outlet Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record in high-end retail sales, customer service, or advisory roles.

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in PoS (Point of Sale) Systems and retail inventory procedures.

  • Location: Must be able to operate from Victoria Island or GRA, Lagos.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
