Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales Executive to anchor our growth engine. In the hyper-competitive modern marketplace, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize digital outreach with the clinical precision required for Phone/WhatsApp Sales, lead follow-ups, and high-impact physical representation. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" who is smart, confident, and results-driven, blending "Digital Grit" (mastering social media for business) with the "Persuasive Agility" required to close deals in face-to-face meetings.

Requirements:

1. Outreach Orchestration & Lead Governance

  • Engagement Sovereignty: Engage and follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring every touchpoint acts as a "Source of Brand Conversion."

  • Platform Architecture: Utilize basic tech tools and smartphones to manage digital outreach with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Lead Momentum."

  • Tracking Stewardship: Manage follow-ups and track lead progression with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Sales Pipeline Visibility."

2. Representation Resilience & Presentation Logic

  • Presentation Sovereignty: Present and sell the company’s services to prospective clients with professional poise, acting as the primary "Source of Value Proposition."

  • Physical Architecture: Attend physical meetings and represent the company at business locations, providing the "Operational Foundation" for high-stakes deal closures.
