Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Key Account Manager (Enterprise) to anchor the growth engine of our ICT solutions division. In the complex enterprise technology landscape, success is defined by "Enterprise Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-end technical solutions with the clinical precision required for Strategic Account Penetration, multi-vendor integration (Cisco, F5, VMware), and long-term relationship governance. This role is designed for an "Account Architect" with an Engineering or Computer Science degree and 5–7 years of professional experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (interpreting complex customer requirements) with the "Negotiation Agility" required to close high-value tenders.
Requirements:
1. Relationship Orchestration & Penetration Governance
Decision-Maker Sovereignty: Develop and maintain high-fidelity relationships with key decision-makers at existing accounts, ensuring every contact acts as a "Source of Strategic Influence."
Penetration Architecture: Formulate strategic plans to understand unique purchasing and decision criteria, acting as the primary "Source of Profitable Order Closures."
Stewardship Logic: Act as the "Key Interface" between customers and all relevant internal divisions, maintaining the "Source of Operational Alignment."
2. Commercial Resilience & Solution Logic
Product Sovereignty: Analyze customer needs and identify product solutions (Juniper, Blue Coat, etc.) that fit their budget, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for client satisfaction.
Tender Architecture: Write comprehensive business plans for all current and opportunity tender business, ensuring the "Source of Competitive Bidding Accuracy."
Contract Stewardship: Negotiate tender and contract terms with clinical focus, ensuring "Zero-Friction" between client needs and company objectives.
3. Market Integrity & Analysis Power
Prospecting Sovereignty: Search for and onboard new clients, creating a high-fidelity database of prospects to optimize the "Source of Regional Revenue Growth."
Analysis Architecture: Interpret customer requirements and analyze costs and sales data, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for long-term account administration.
Database Logic: Record and maintain client contact data with professional poise, utilizing 5–7 years of ICT sales experience to optimize the "Source of Institutional Knowledge."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: University Degree (preferably in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science).
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of robust field sales and account management experience with an ICT Solutions Provider.
Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of solutions from Juniper Networks, Blue Coat, F5, Cisco, and VMware.
Core Competencies
