Job Description:

• Do you have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and a warm personality?
• Exotic Pet Café is looking for a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in Lekki, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries professionally
• Follow up on clients and bookings
• Drive sales for grooming, boarding, vet services & pet products
• Manage WhatsApp, Instagram & walk-in clients
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience
• Good communication skills
• Smart, organized & proactive
• Sales/customer service experience is a plus
• Must genuinely like pets and be comfortable around animals
• Must be willing to start immediately
• Must live around Lekki/Ajah axis (preferred).
