Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Sales Associate – SMB to anchor the revenue engine of our small and medium-sized business segment. In the specialized landscape of B2B growth, success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive prospecting with the clinical precision required for Lead Qualification, Product Demonstration, and Closing Logic. This role is designed for an "Acquisition Architect" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Outbound Grit" (identifying new clients through calls and networking) with the "Relational Agility" required to build long-term customer focus and manage the full sales cycle within CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Requirements:
1. Prospecting Orchestration & Pipeline Governance
Growth Sovereignty: Identify and prospect new SMB clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking, acting as the primary "Source of New Business Opportunity."
Qualification Architecture: Filter and convert leads into paying customers with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-quality sales pipeline.
Target Stewardship: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales benchmarks, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Revenue" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Solution Logic
Presentation Sovereignty: Demonstrate products and services to potential clients, acting as the primary "Source of Value Proposition."
Customization Architecture: Understand unique client needs and propose tailored solutions, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for long-term customer satisfaction.
Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain strong, long-term client connections, maintaining the "Source of Repeat Business and Referrals."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Cycle Sovereignty: Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to the final close, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Continuity."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
