Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote IT and business consulting services.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities across relevant sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns and business strategy.
- Create and manage content for digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and lead conversion rates.
- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development — preferably within IT or technology services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in client engagement, negotiation, and presentation.
- Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of IT solutions such as CRM, POS, and cloud systems.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to meet short-term project deadlines.
Salary
