Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sproxil’s product offerings and market trends.
- Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in technology, FMCG, or service-oriented industries.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Salary
